“If I could provide zero star I would, but this minimum option is 1 star. I reached out to this facility in the hopes of starting TMS in early June. I spoke with Aimee, the intake person who was professional and nice. I was told Dr. Ames is the assigned psychiatrist in the Costa Mesa location. I was scheduled multiple times for a virtual intake appointment, and the intake appointment never happened. The reason being it was cancelled by the location because Dr. Ames had a personal emergency the first time. The second time it was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled was for the same reason. And then I literally received an email and text an hour or so before my 3rd attempted intake appointment, and then it was cancelled. I am appalled the lack of professionalism and integrity of this location. Truly! This is a business in the field of mental health, and in our field of mental health, professionalism and integrity is of the utmost importance. My experience of Dr. Ames or in this case, the lack thereof because of her multiple cancellations truly leaves me concerned. Thankfully I was able to secure another appointment with another psychiatrist who offers TMS, Dr. Diwan.”

“Finding quality care for chronic pain and stress is difficult on disability. Dr. Ames is the most compassionate considerate provider I've interacted with in a long time. We all missed her when she was out. Grateful to this location for providing primarily female staff and technicians for those of us who've experienced violence.”
