What patients say on Google
“I would not recommend Dr. Alva. I chose him because he is highly recommended but I was given followup with others in his practice. I have never had that happen before. You should get the doctor you called for. All of them were substandard, either being physician assistants or nurse practitioners. I do not have any continuity with care. The care was the worst I have ever had.”
“My wife sees esperanza, she is very nice, patient and non judgemental. She seems like she genuinely cares about her patients. We also saw Jennifer Sebastian for a second opinion, she seems like she's knows what she is doing, she is nice, upfront and honest, we showed her medications that another phsyciatrist had prescribed. She was honest and said she felt like the other phsyciatrist was doing a good job. She did not try and convince us to switch to her. Also she is laid back. The office smells really good, it's clean and peaceful”
“The doctors are great, the facility is good. The only issue is when trying to get the prescription sent to a pharmacy. They can take days to send out and if you follow up, they make it seem like its impossible to get in touch with your doctor or their assistant. Additionally they constantly send your prescription to the wrong pharmacy, no matter how many times you verify with them where is being sent.”
“This center is extremely disorganized and messy. Today, my son had an appointment with them. We drove 45 minutes to get there, and the appointment was supposed to be about his test results from the previous day. But they told us that due to a computer issue, the test results were unclear. This provider, named Lauran Jufiar, didn’t even bother to check the first test to make sure the results were accurate before scheduling an appointment. They seemed to think that simply saying “sorry” should be enough to satisfy us. When I tried to talk to them about this, they were extremely disrespectful. There is a glass window at the reception, and while I was speaking, they kept opening and closing it in my face even though I was still standing there. I am very dissatisfied with their service.”
