“I am half way through my protocol for insomnia and my sleep has been steadily improving. Before doing TMS I would wake up 5 or more times per night and would have extreme difficulty going back to sleep and I was always tired. Now, I have much, much longer periods of uninterrupted sleep and feel much better through out the day. This protocol is very similar to the anxiety protocol and I notice a remarkable difference with my overall anxiety level. I feel so much calmer. “This location for TMS is without a doubt the absolute best. The service from the front desk is second to none. Excellent communication. There are many times in which there have been issues with my time slot or scheduling and these instances have been handled without any issue each and every time. The ensure that I am up to date with any changes (for example, confirming any of my cancellations 48-hours in advance by phone). I am quite pleased that they frequently stay on top of checking voice messages, as well. The therapists are the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, empathetic, patient, and above all, understanding. They ensure that each increase in TMS is comfortable for me.
