“I waited around for 30 minutes past my telehealth appointment time. No one showed up or reached out. I attempted to contact them multiple times before (earlier in the day) and during the appointment and no one responded. I tried different ways to contact them including calling and leaving messages on two different numbers and messaging through their patient portal, and after confirming via text. This is incredibly disappointing for a mental health clinic to not at least let their patients know what's going on with their appointment. It's more disheartening to have gotten your hopes up about a treatment you've heard remarkable and life saving reviews about, only to have no one show up to a confirmed scheduled intake appointment. Just sad.”
