What patients say on Google
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Southern California TMS Center and the Rancho Cucamonga office. From the moment I started treatment, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Most importantly, I feel so much better. The treatment truly worked for me, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive changes I’ve experienced. The staff is absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Esme, Red, Anthony, Tatiana, Bree for their compassion, understanding, and encouragement throughout my journey. They made me feel comfortable during every appointment and always took the time to listen, support, and guide me when I needed it most. While I’m thrilled to be feeling better, I’m honestly going to miss my lunch-hour conversations with Esme and Red. They helped make each visit something I looked forward to. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I am so grateful that I chose SoCal TMS for my treatment. I highly recommend the Rancho Cucamonga office to anyone considering TMS therapy. You will be in caring and capable hands.”
“I had a great experience with TMS, Dr Singh & his team were exceptional. They truly care about their patients. I have dealt with depression since I was a child, no medication has worked long term. I came feeling very low & am leaving feeling great! My depression went from a 8 (10 being the worst) to 1 (1 being the lowest). I am so pleased, I encourage anyone who is struggling with depression to look into it. My insurance approved my visits & covered most of the cost. I am so grateful for TMS 🙏”
“I’m incredibly grateful for my experience at this TMS clinic. From the moment I walk in, I’m met with a calm, welcoming environment that genuinely makes a difference. I especially want to acknowledge the front desk team and the technicians as they are consistently kind, patient, and professional, even on days when simply showing up feels hard. Their steady presence and encouragement matter more than they probably realize. Communication has also been incredibly easy and accessible. The team is approachable, responsive, and uses convenient, patient-friendly ways to stay in touch, which makes the entire process feel far less overwhelming. For someone who has struggled with treatment-resistant depression, it can be discouraging to do everything you’re “supposed” to do and still not feel any real change. What made this experience different for me is that I actually began noticing and feeling meaningful improvements as I continued attending sessions. Those changes felt real in a way I hadn’t experienced before, and that has been incredibly impactful. If you’re nervous or struggling and questioning whether you can even get out the door, I hope you’ll consider giving this place a chance. You never know how meaningful it might be until you experience it for yourself. I’m deeply thankful for the care and support provided here and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone considering TMS.”
“A lot of positive thing’s happened to my life during the 2 months of treatments. If I credit all the thing solely on TMS, people reading this might think I’m over exaggerating or making up the changes but I’ll just list the couple things I noticed in just about 3 months. I’m a US Marine Vet, did two combat tours in Africa and Afghanistan. I have been through a lot of different treatments leading up to my start with SoCal TMS and here are couple things that changed. I quit drinking from everyday to zero, I lost about 20 lbs, my brain feels like it’s focusing and adjusting like camera lens. Meaning, I can use my own thoughts to dial in the subject without a lot of distractions. It seems like my life is more simplified, I think because my mind doesn’t get infiltrated by random attacks or triggers as much. I started playing music like I use to (guitar, drums) and also started up golf again. My mind is more at a cerebral constant state. Rather than spikes of the heart rate for no reason. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to schedules. From the call intake coordinator, Cynthia, to the physician assistants: Tatiana and Vinny, they were a lot of help. Dr. Singh the Provider, was attentive to understand the issues in the beginning of the treatments to following up on specifics to know if there has been improvement or not. So far it’s been about a full week since I finished my 36 sessions and I can say a little bit of the mental issues I was experiencing has started to come back a little bit but I think overall it’s my neuroplasticy cells in my brain that need to adapt and start building new connections of neuropath ways and to allow me to handle previous symptoms with better control and growth. I am an advocate for this TMS treatment for all Veterans seeking treatment and other people with similar conditions. The treatment is almost everyday per week less than 10 mins per session. It’s a little bit of work and effort on the patient but if you want to get better I recommend trying all things considered.”
