What patients say on Google

“My provider whom I met through savant care helped me get tested and diagnosed. I'm grateful for her and the team that diagnosed me. Savant Care seems completely uninterested in making sure that clients get the help or the medications they need. It's so strange. Every time I have a savant care appointment, my provider cannot book my future appointment. This leaves it my responsibility to follow up with a typically overworked or incompetent assistant to book an appointment. Additionally, they seem to have a very difficult time managing and ordering my prescriptions correctly. I am not the most organized person, but that's why I'm trying to lean on professionals. I'm looking for actual help. My experience with Savant Care is one more instance of a company seemingly trying to capitalize on people who need help rather than trying to make our lives better. I'm sure the founding intent was to help folks, but that is not what the product is.”

“The following is entirely my opinion but also includes facts about my visit. I saw clinician Liang Zhou and had a deeply troubling experience. Despite arriving with documentation of my prior diagnosis — which their intake team confirmed would be sufficient for treatment — my medical records were completely dismissed. My reported symptoms were also ignored. Rather than engaging with my history or concerns, Zhou assigned what felt like an arbitrary conclusion with no explanation or evidence offered. When I communicated that losing access to medication I have taken for years puts my job and housing at risk, none of that was acknowledged. I requested an explanation in writing and have yet to receive anything. In my opinion, this clinic has no genuine interest in helping patients — it exists to farm revenue from pointless consultations that waste patients' time and put vulnerable people at risk. If you rely on consistent, honest care for a mental health condition, I would strongly urge you to seek treatment elsewhere. Update: they committed insurance fraud and billed me for a $60 minute session when I was only seen for 25 minutes tops.”

“I recently started attending the complimentary yoga and meditation sessions provided by Savant Care. I look forward to these weekly sessions with Riya. Her tailored approach, gentle guidance, and patient teaching make each practice meaningful and worthwhile.”

“Super awful experience with savant care. Scheduling was difficult and receptionists were somewhat unprofessional. The meeting with the NP was strange as well as she was trying to suggest drug tests to receive basic medication, which isn’t something thats necessary or even recommended under the standard of care guidelines in the United States. Do not reccomend”
