Mental health care can be incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when you’re struggling, and having a team that listens, adjusts the treatment plan when necessary, and continues looking for solutions has made a huge difference for me. The staff involved in my care have always made me feel comfortable and supported, and I’m especially grateful for the level of follow-up and coordination I’ve received. Even during setbacks, I’ve felt like there is a plan and that my providers genuinely want to help me get better. “I’ve been under the care of Dr. Ansari for over 2 years. My migraine went from bad to unbearable, it was crippling, couldn’t see through my right eye. After prescribing me with Ubelvry (the best migraine medicine because it has zero side effects, at least for me), botox was introduced to me as a migraine treatment i can get every 3 months. I am now migraine free. I come in for treatment regularly and each time has been a great experience. Jen takes great care of me and is always warm and welcoming. “I absolutely appreciate the trust and outstanding customer service that Jenn provides from when she answers the phone , an email , to seeing her in person.It’s all the same the energy ,its felt and I can’t be more appreciative, navy medical isn’t the best so it’s a blessing going out in town and being able to go to this facility that takes Tricare prime. She always makes sure my renewal for my referral is in place so I don’t have to ever pay out of pocket on top of always making sure whenever my zofran for my nausea runs low/out she’s on it! And I get it bad from my migraines so I truly appreciate the speediness! I enjoy getting my Botox from Dr. Ansari he is the best neurologist I’ve ever met,extremely thorough to detail and very helpful whenever I have any concerns or issues he’s there supporting me in any shape or form. I remember my migraines were throbbing so bad that without hesitation Jenn believed me and didn’t fail to make me be seen immediately I had to thank her because I knew something was off and it was from me having surgery so my migraines were provoked because I was so swelled, they were able to issue me some medication that helped me . It’s hard having migraines it’s an illness no one can see but Jenn and Dr Ansari are always there no matter what patiently waiting for me and always brings a smile and both are extremely empathetic. I appreciate the both of you, and I’ll tell anyone to come to this facility again and again religiously but only if they are in Jenn / Dr Ansaris hands because they both are the BEST!!
