“I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and have had such a good experience. The front desk staff is amazing, especially Alyssa, Krisy, and Guyver. They’re all so kind, caring, and helpful every time I call. Whether I need help with medications, refills, or appointments, they always get everything taken care of quickly and make the whole process so easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and it makes such a difference 🤍 I see Dr. Jacob and he’s been great — very easy to talk to, understanding, and always makes me feel heard. I also really love that they offer Zoom appointments so I don’t always have to go into the office! They’ve gotten me through some really tough life events and I truly can’t recommend this place enough.”

“When I needed a modified ESA letter quickly my case manager was quick to get to get it to me. I appreciated how quickly it was taken care of. The staff that does med management is awesome. They respond quickly and have helped to clear up a lot of issues regarding my pharmacy. Dr Fernando is always willing to listen to my concerns and my kudos in regard to medications, working with me to adjust, take away or add meds as needed. I only wish they were a little more local.
