“This clinic and probably all of their locations charged me several times for services that I did not receive, authorize, or agree to. I paid for each appointment UP FRONT IN ADVANCE and they still invoiced me. The psychiatrist was rude and judgmental at literally every appointment 😡👎👎👎 I have called at least THREE 3️⃣ times to ask about the mystery and charges that I have never received and told t that I would receive a call back from their Accounting Department but did NOT get a return call. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE ORANGE, CA OFFICE IS A JOKE & RIPOFF‼️‼️ 👎👎👎👎👎”

“when you have an appointment scheduled and the provider cancels, the patient should be notified. I paid for my appointment, waited on the call for 15 min, then called the office and was told she is out of office today.... why wasn't i notified? why was i sent a reminder for the appointment but then the appointment didn't actually exist? why was i forced to pay before logging into the call if it was cancelled? this is the second time this has happened. i am asking for a copy of all billing to make sure it aligns with the actual appointments i have had because i worry that they have overcharged me. the providers are nice but the office is disorganized and they are money focused.”
