It took my insurance policy (discount ACA) multiple months to approve me for the treatment. Not the usual for the team, so I appreciate them following through and getting me in the program.”

“I had a bizarre experience during my appointment. They informed me all patients have to take a drug test to receive prescriptions for ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have been taking these medications for 30+ years, and I have NEVER heard of a provider requiring that. Just be aware that if you need to continue medications you've taken historically, even with records, they won't do it without drug tests. I already get these medications through my primary care provider. I wanted to shift care to a clinic that focuses on these issues. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and wasted time, and I do not recommend you seek care here.”
