“Unprofessional and charging fraudulent missed appointment fees. It’s difficult to reach the front desk via phone, many times I called and there was no answer. I called to cancel my first appointment and requested a call back. My call was never returned and they tried to charge me a $50 missed appointment fee. I also canceled via text within the proper time frame and they told me my text was not in the proper time frame until I told them I had time stamps showing it was. Through this whole process the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. This is concerning for patient care to say the least.”

“I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Mind Divers to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate mental health care. My experience was an absolute mess from start to finish, demonstrating a complete lack of organizational competence and, more importantly, a lack of genuine care from the staff and providers. The administrative side of this practice is highly problematic. I faced constant issues trying to schedule appointments, reschedule, or even get reliable follow-up information. It felt like I was doing the staff’s job for them. If a practice cannot handle basic logistics like scheduling appointments efficiently, it raises major red flags about their overall operation. The clinical experience was just as poor. Both the psychiatry and therapy services were disappointing. Providers were dismissive of my concerns, rushed through sessions, and generally made me feel like another number rather than a patient in need of support. Finding a mental health professional who is attentive and caring is critical, and Mind Divers failed spectacularly on this front. Honestly, save yourself the time, effort, and frustration. This practice is disorganized and dismissive. Find a provider who will actually care about your journey and your well-being.”
