“Worst office ever for patients with mental health issues. I am filing a complaint with the Medical Board. Do not go to this office if you need help from a qualified and compassionate health professional. The staff is just as unprofessional as the medical professionals they work for. The office staff directed me to send my husband down to the office to sign a release of information form so he could send his records to his new doctor, and when my husband arrived, the office staff claimed they had no idea what my husband was talking about. They had no idea what a Release Of Information (ROI) form was, and refused to allow my husband to sign the form. The staff had just told me about this form on the phone less than an hour before. The office staff and doctors lie, they are unprofessional, they are in violation. They cannot refuse to allow a patient to have their records sent to another provider. This office and these people are harmful to patients and their families. Please do not go to this office.”

“Ivan Gossage is a horrible physician. He is rude, disrespectful and condescending. He loves talking down to you even when you are hurting and not feeling well. He does not care about his patients but will make fun of you right to your face. If a medication he gives you doesn't work, he gets mad at you as if it is your fault even if you are experiencing side effects. If he offers you a medication that you don't feel it's going to help you or you don't feel is safe for you he will get mad and doesn't hold back his anger. Stear clear of this guy ar all costs.”
