What patients say on Google
“If I could give zero stars, I would. I should have listened to the reviews. After this happened to me, I went back and read them, and it became obvious this isn’t a one-time mistake—it’s a pattern. The first and only notice I ever received about a balance of over 1,600 was an automated text message telling me to click a payment link. In a time where scam texts are everywhere, why would anyone trust that? I honestly thought it was fake because I had never received a phone call, letter, or even a personal email from the clinic telling me I owed anything. When I realized it might actually be real, I did everything I could to get answers. I called multiple times, left several voicemails, and never received a callback to discuss and answer my questions. I emailed the billing department…completely ignored. This isn’t just bad customer service…it’s not doing their due diligence in their daily job, taking advantage of a patient is completely unacceptable. Allowing a balance to continually increase and become over $2,000 without making any real effort to contact the patient is outrageous. The complete lack of human communication is disturbing. No respect for patients. Just automated messages and silence when you try to reach someone. For a healthcare that’s supposed to care about people, they do a great job of making patients feel like nothing more than a number.”
“I had a very disappointing experience with my care while my regular provider was on leave. I have been a patient with LGTC for almost a year and previously felt heard, respected, and supported. Unfortunately, that changed with the covering provider. I felt judged rather than listened to, and my concerns about giving my current medications time to work before adding another were misrepresented as refusing treatment. I was also told I needed to repeat an IOP program I had already completed, despite explaining that I am already seeing both a therapist and a psychiatrist while balancing the responsibilities of being a mother. Instead of feeling supported during a vulnerable time, I left feeling unheard and was ultimately discharged. I hope LGTC takes patient concerns seriously and ensures that treatment remains collaborative, compassionate, and individualized.”
“Gatos. The only positive aspect is that they accept insurance, which initially made them seem like a convenient option. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was consistently poor, especially when it came to sharing test results. There was little to no follow-up, and I often felt left in the dark about important information regarding care. After the fact, there was a clear lack of concern, empathy, and patient support. If you’re looking for a provider who is responsive, communicative, and genuinely attentive to patients, this may not be the right place.”
“Good luck trying to get an appointment. In order to start, you have to fill out pages and pages of paperwork before they will even speak to you. After that, they "put you on a list" with no explanation as to how long it will take, no matter how medically urgent your issue is. Once you get the appointment, the therapist spend the entire seesion asking you the same questions that are in the forms you filled out. The scheduling department is wholly incompetitent. Do no got here. This place will make you only increase your anxiety and frustration. Truly rude and borderline incompetant.”
