I’ve found TMS to be a hopeful and effective option, and I appreciate that my care team explains the process, monitors progress, and adjusts the plan as needed. After having dealt with so many medical personnel that seem rushed, dismissive, and inaccessible, it was a pleasure to deal with people who were professional, yet caring, efficient, yet patient. It was nice to have a real live person, Oishee, answer my call immediately when I dialed your number. I appreciate how she scheduled me for an appointment that day because of a cancellation. When I didn't get the link to the conference call, Oishee sent it right away and checked that I had gotten it.
