“I showed up on time for my first and only appointment and had to wait outside in the parking lot because not only were they not open on time, literally no one was inside the building until 5 minutes passed my appointment time. Their online system is a joke: poorly designed, with no real consideration for patient experience or accessibility. Clearly they put all their effort into covering every square inch of their lobby with “Live, Laugh, Love” decorations and have little time leftover to worry about their patients.”

“Been going here for about three years going on four, and these lovely people have never made me feel like I was just a sob story. They've moved mountains for me by trying to see what would work best for my bipolar diagnosis, from coping skills to finally getting me on medication so I don't break down every day. These people are the most understanding people I know as far as psychological services go. They always greet me with a smile and some coffee and popcorn. Love these people so much.”
