I found that the technician Jayden was very welcoming and knowledgeable on the process and does a great job explaining what it is that we are trying to accomplish with the treatment and what to look out for in terms of how we are feeling throughout treatment. He made a whopping 36 sessions into a nice experience. The whole process with the team was exceptional from start to finish from intake to completion of program. The doctor, the technician, and intake woman, all wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about the Greenbrook Temecula Team!”

“I helped my loved one go through the entire process to start Spravato treatment at Greenbrook — initial intake, assessments, coordination with physicians, and obtaining prior authorization. After all that time and effort, we were suddenly told that Greenbrook has implemented a “temporary pause” on all new Spravato patients. This decision was never mentioned during intake or coordination, and to this day, there is still no notice or update about this pause on their official website. This lack of transparency can be incredibly harmful. Patients and caregivers spend weeks navigating medical systems, expecting to receive time-sensitive care, only to be blindsided at the very end. Failing to clearly disclose treatment availability — especially when delays affect mental health care — could be considered a serious oversight and potential liability. If this pause truly affects all new patients, Greenbrook should formally announce it on their website so families aren’t left scrambling after doing everything right. Mental health treatment delays come at a cost, and people deserve honesty upfront.”

“Environment is always immaculate. 100% always on time. Doctor is always friendly and interested. Techs are amazing. I primarily see Chelsea, Jeanette, and sometimes, Mariana. Everyone is friendly, professional, and pleasant. They are ultra competent and concerned with all details. I feel I’m getting the best possible attention and treatment quality.
