How likely are you to recommend Coastal Turning Point?
“I have been very impressed with the quality of the treatment program and the high level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff that I’ve been in contact with during my treatments especially Jasmine, thank you so much. The program is well-structured and effective, providing the necessary support and resources for a successful recovery journey. Furthermore, the team’s dedication and professional conduct made a significant difference in my overall experience and in my mental health journey. Thank you for the excellent care and support provided during my time with the program.”
“I did TMS here and have had a great experience. I was nervous at first but everything went so smooth. The TMS technician Ireni is kind an engaging. They worked with my insurance to get everything covered. Five stars”
“After a few sessions of TMS, I regained a mental clarity i haven't experienced for a long time.the brain fog lifted and I not as forgetful as I used to be. I am so appreciative of the staff here. Dr. Deborah and Ireni and Elizabeth and Bonnie are all kind ,professional, compassionate and so accommodating to my need as a disabled patient. They go above and beyond to help me and so grateful.”
“This addiction treatment center seems to focus almost exclusively on older clients, leaving younger people feeling overlooked and misunderstood. The programs, group discussions, and even the therapy styles are all geared toward retirees or those with decades of life experience, not individuals who are still trying to build their future. Staff often show a dismissive attitude toward younger clients, as if their struggles don’t carry the same weight or legitimacy. The approach feels outdated, with little flexibility or understanding of modern addiction issues. Instead of fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, the facility reinforces the idea that only certain types of people are worth helping. If you’re elderly and looking for a quiet, routine-based setting, this place might suit you. But if you’re younger and seeking a recovery program that’s empathetic, progressive, and actually listens to your needs. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”
