“I’ve been a patient here for several years and have consistently received excellent care from my providers. The medical team has always been compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. My concern is with an administrative policy regarding paperwork fees. I was charged $200 for medical leave paperwork and then informed that Disability Insurance paperwork would cost an additional $300. For patients whose medical conditions are impacting their ability to work and earn income, these fees can create a significant financial burden at an already difficult time. I understand there are administrative costs associated with completing paperwork, but a total of $500 for documentation needed to access employment protections and disability benefits feels excessive. I hope the practice will reconsider this policy or offer better accommodations for patients during already trying times. The clinical care has been outstanding, but this administrative policy feels out of step with the patient-centered care the practice otherwise provides.”

“My employer's insurance provider changed 2 days ago to another in network insurance and Bonmente had a very telling melt down. They reached out to notify me that my insurance was expired (fine) and then within 25 minutes emailed again, cancelled my upcoming appointment, and told me I could pay the private pay rate or not continue with their practice. What a patient-centric business! If you're looking for ethical mental healthcare that puts the patient at the center of the practice... look elsewhere.”
