A Better Way TMS

“My psychiatrist recommended that I find a place for Spravato treatment near me, so I reached out to A Better Way Psychiatry. I went through an intake process, met with a physician, who, for nearly $200 after insurance, said that I was a good fit for treatment with Spravato, and said someone would be in touch to set up my first appointment. A week went by, so I reached out to the person who helped me with the intake, and they said that someone would be in touch soon. Then a day later, I received a phone call stating that they "were having a hard time with my insurance" and that I should probably reach out to another company for treatment since they were about 6 weeks out from being able to schedule me anyway. That's interesting. You had no problem billing my insurance and then charging me nearly $200 for my appointment with a physician. And I have had no problem calling my insurance and getting information from them using the same numbers available to you. In fact, before I had the appointment with the physician, I called them to make sure that I had coverage for Spravato and for TMS, but you can't get ahold of them to confirm the same information? I think what happened here was that you just wanted to make an easy $200 off of me in my time of need, plus you wasted my time. Oh, and then two days later, they reach out asking for me to write a review. You got it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”
